Training by standing on one leg develops balance, leg strength, power thru breathing, relaxed control under stress and more.

Standing on one leg with fists chambered is a great exercise in itself, and while doing kicks or punches, but in the Moy Tung lineage of Ving Tsun (wing chun) Kung Fu, we also play the first form, Siu Nim Tao, while standing on one leg.
