Women face different challenges from men, in life, physical confrontations, self-defense, and in martial arts training. Ving Tsun (wing chun) Kung Fu is well-suited for these challenges.

According to origin legend, the Ving Tsun system was designed by a Buddhist nun and a young woman she befriended, who used it to defeat a bully in an unarmed challenge.

The relevant truth today is that, with training, size and strength can be overcome by technique and Kung Fu power. At Kung Fu Fxbg, we teach Ving Tsun exclusively, for health & fitness, and practical self-defense.

We offer women-only group classes for adult beginner females in Fredericksuburg, Va, so women can train with other women and qualified male instructors, and so you can focus on yourself and your own training, without the distractions of a co-ed training environment. Private lessons are another option.

You can use Ving Tsun techniques and strategies immediately, but after a year or so of training, you’ll have a strong Kung Fu foundation, and be much better prepared to deal with men physically, in training and fighting.

With Ving Tsun training, you’ll learn to stand strong on your feet, with hands that can block and hit at the same time. You’ll develop the relaxed confidence that comes from doing hard, disciplined training, and from knowing what you can do.

If and when you experience confrontations or dangerous situations, at work or at home, in public or private, you’ll be better prepared to deal with it, more able to relax, focus and respond effectively.
