At Kung Fu Fxbg, we teach the Ving Tsun (wing chun) Kung Fu system, in the Moy Tung lineage, for health and self-defense.
Ving Tsun is a simple system for training self-defense skills that work in the real world. This martial are doesn’t require size, strength or aggression to be effective. We train to protect and hit the body’s centerline, where vital areas are. Centerline training makes possible simultaneous attack & defense.
Wing Chun martial arts training develops Kung Fu self-knowledge, energy and muscle, conditioning the body and mind with practical skills for fighting in self-defense. You’ll develop strong legs that can keep you on your feet in a fight, or if you slip on ice. You’ll train your hands to block and hit at the same time, with power.
