March 14: Kung Fu Fxbg at UMW Health and Wellness Fair

Kung Fu Fxbg will be at the March 14 Health and Wellness Fair at University of Mary Washington. This free event is from 12-5p at Cedric Rucker University Center, 1301 College Ave. Kung Fu Fxbg teaches the Ving Tsun (wing chun) system of martial arts. It’s good for health and fitness, and simple self-defense that does not rely on size or strength.

Look for our banners. You can get answers to questions, and a free 10” intro to Ving Tsun (wing chun) Kung Fu training. This includes the first form, Siu Nim Tao, and Pak Sao, the basic two-person striking/blocking exercise; stationary horse stance, hand to wrist contact.

As a door prize, Kung Fu Fxbg is offering one free week of group class training at our school, or a private lesson. All attendees of the UMW Health & Wellness Fair can get a Kung Fu Fxbg promo code for half-off our standard one-hour introductory class, usually $20.
