The Ving Tsun (wing chun) Kung Fu system is simple.

We face our training partners or opponents with our centerline. We relax within the centerline structure of the body, using physics instead of strength. We train and use horse stances that are stable and can generate power.

Centerline trains the mind and body to work together efficiently and effectively, relaxed and powerful. Facing attackers on center enables simultaneous attack and defense. And it’s great for health and fitness, promoting relaxation and reducing stress.
