Jan 10-12, at Kung Fu Fxbg we will be celebrating five years of the Ving Tsun system, in the Moy Tung lineage, in Fredericksburg, VA.

Training and teaching in this system and Kung Fu family has been a great blessing, privilege and honor.

May the Shaolin seeds planted here continue to grow into strong trees yielding good fruit.
