The Kuen Kuit are a collection of Ving Tsun Kung Fu idioms that have been handed down from teacher to student through the ages. Grandmaster Moy Yat carved the set of sayings into stone chops, and prints from those chops, along with English translations, original art, and other information, were published by Moy Yat in his beautiful book, Kuen Kuit, a timeless treasure.
